`node` detail page `memory` card to use consistent units

Describe the bug

When looking at the node detail view, the memory card show 3.55 of 15GiB, so 3.55 is missing the proper and consistent units

To Reproduce

Go to Cluster Explorer -> nodes list view -> node details view -> memory card

Result
Missing consistent units in 3.55 of 15GiB

Expected Result

Should have appropriate units displayed. For 3.55 of 15GiB should read 3.55GiB of 15GiB.

If 976 of 1.97 TiB / 48% should read 976MiB of 1.97 TiB / 48% (check exact value to see what units are the correct)
