It is very interesting project, and I wanted to follow the instructions to see something different on my old AJazz AKP153E. But after setting everything, my device was not recognized by the script due to the different PID 1010, instead of the expected 3010 even though on the back label is written exactly AKP153E version V2.293S.00.003
Just wanted to mention that AJazz is selling under the same name completely different product, totally incompatible and the PID is important, not the name of the product. My older version has just 512 packet size, limited endpoint support, and provide only key release event, no key press event at all. That was the main reason to replicate your setup to see why you claim you have key down and key up reported, but I cannot see the first event no matter how I initialize the device. Now I understand the difference in the provided documentation here. It is all about the latest version only of this product.
I extracted 2369 JPEG images from the replay data, but they are mostly a variation of the same image content. They appear to be repeatedly uploaded to many key IDs. This suggests the replay blob may not represent a minimal required initialization sequence, except the initial few packets, and the last connect packet. Not sure how that much images for just 15+3 keys can help to initialize the device. Anyway, my one year old device AKP153E purchased directly from AJAZZ cannot be used for that purpose.
