I want to make a Chinese translation for this plugin, but I found the translation file is a bin file. Is there any guide on how to create it?

Hey, unfortunately don't have a step by step guide on how you can do this.

I've found a PHP script in some backups that looks to combine a font file + language strings into the translation file. From what I can tell by you will need to:

1. Download and extract tempar-language-tool.zip
2. Find/create a Chinese font file that is compatible https://www.min.at/prinz/o/software/pixelfont/
3. Install PHP.
4. Run php -S localhost:8000 in the directory where you downloaded/extracted the script.
5. Open localhost:8000 in your browser.
6. Download the English language file.
7. Update it with Chinese translation. Think there will be some complexities in ensuring your language file uses the correct character code in the font file, you may need to do some translation from standard Chinese symbol character code -> custom font character code.
8. Under the "INI to BIN converter" section on your local PHP server upload your font file + translation file and click "Download language.bin".
