create package down site

I think it would be helpful to create a package down site for this package and add a workflow to update on a push or pull request

Would be happy to do this. It shouldn't take much time.

If you want to take a look at the current status of the package i have forked the repo and have it all set up. i can create a pull request whenever you would like.

I'm getting a lot of failed deployments and notices when I push to the dev branch (should it be trying to deploy from there?) and haven't had time to diagnose. The pkgdown info remains in the repo but the github action has been temporarily disabled.

You are right the pkgdown workflow should only be run on main/master.
The wokflow was failing because of old actions used in the workflow and missing entries in the _pkgdown.yml.
I have fixed them. All works well in my fork. I'll create another PR.

@sgaichas I might actually wait until you merge dev into master/main before i create a pull request. I have the ghpages fixed.

For the CMD check (install.yml workflow), i have "replaced" it with a new action. It still fails because there is a little more housekeeping to do since the check is pretty strict. All minor. But if you'd rather not have a CMD check then you can forget about most of the "issues" below

1. Non standard directories exist in root folder eg. /nemow_demo/CC_2063_OA_OFF_22 directory
2. Rdata file exists in the root folder
3. No license defined in DESCRIPTION
4. undocumented arguments in functions
5. a couple of other small issues
