lidR is unable to read EPSG code of referenced file #4

I have created a referenced file via lidRalignment like this

crs = sf::st_crs(readLASheader(als_file))
ofile = transform_las(mls_file, M, crs)

now lidR cant read the EPSG from the created file. I am not sure whether this is an issue related to lidR or lidralignment
