This Community distribution is open core. The Apache License 2.0 — including its
Section 3 patent grant — applies ONLY to the source code actually published in
this distribution. The patent grant therefore extends only to patents
necessarily practised by THIS published Community code.

Quantamix Solutions B.V. holds patents covering certain algorithms that are NOT
included in this Community distribution (they reside only in the proprietary
GraQle Studio / GraQle Enterprise components, which are not distributed here).
No license to those patents is granted by this Community distribution; all such
patent rights are expressly reserved. Use of the proprietary components, or
independent implementation of the reserved patented methods, may require a
