Auto-Flash Enabled by Default Option

Description

I'd love to be able to enable auto-flash (the check-box in the GUI) by default, so that when I open the Toolbox it's ready to go. Perhaps it can remember the state of that checkbox when last used, or it could be an option in a menu somewhere: "Auto-Flash On by Default".
