Example for backend 'Global default for all Backends' not shown

I expected an example for backend 'Global default for all Backeds' to be shown as an example on all backend.
But, I do see the example on none of the defined backends?

The Backend defaults were intended for the backend settings. That you can create examples for it is unintended. It is also not hard though to show those examples for all backends (see #187).
