Ramsey fit isolated failure #1661

Ramsey fit now is incredibly stable, and fitting signals even when it is hard to recognize a signal at naked eye:

The proof of the correctness of the fit is given by the frequency determined in the next protocol. Which being the third Ramsey iteration, has no sign ambiguity.[*]
The detuning determined in the Ramsey in the images above is compatible with this frequency, up to an error ~10% on the detuning itself.

[*]: sign ambiguity in Ramsey determination

Detuning are absolute values, we do not distinguish positive and negative ones.

But it seems it can still fail in some instances. With no apparent reason for doing so
