Feature request: RFC2136 provider

1. What's the feature?
   A DNS provider according to RFC2136 dynamic DNS updates ( https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2136 )
2. Extra information
   RFC 2136 dynamic DNS updates allow for a standardized way to provide DNS updates, which keeping all infra local. It would greatly appreciated if you would consider such a provider!

Opened #1192, which adds an rfc2136 provider. It sends DNS UPDATE messages to any name server accepting them, optionally signed with a TSIG key.
