[Bug] Connecting or disconnecting a dataset from a project does not update the projects modification date

What actually happened?

After connecting or disconnecting a dataset from a project, the overview list of projects is not reordered and the lastModified date is not changed.

What did you expect to happen?

After connecting or disconnecting a dataset the last modified date of the project is set to the time of dataset connection or disconnection

Steps to reproduce

1. connect a dataset
2. observe no change in the projects modification date
