[FR] CLI - update .gitignore

since we create some configurations which are spefic for users we dont want to share them. Update .gitignore file and add ./config/cert directory and ./config/connection.json file

There will be no new folder for configurations, there will be a new file q2g-ci.config.json.example which get default configurations for continues integration.

This file should copied and renamed to q2g-ci.config.json and this file should be placed is into .gitignore.

it would be nice, if we could create a new file q2g-ci.config.json and q2g-ci.config.json.example if the user enable continues integration into command line interface and auto update .gitignore file.
