[BUG] cached script not the correct version after diff close

1. open qvs in vscode -> change save -> close
2. open script in hub -> change save -> close
3. open qvs in vscode

• it shows the diff
• just close the diff
• the qvs is in the "OLD" not the current state
• but the file says valid (no save required)

please close together with #659
