ocp.print() with ControlType.NONE

Cannot use ocp.print() with ControlType.NONE as the u_bounds are empty.
During the print_bound_methode in graph.py, wrong col_length.

I opened draft PR #1069. The production bug is no longer reproducible on current master, so the PR adds the missing regression coverage instead of changing working printing code. It verifies both console printing and Graphviz preparation for an OCP with no controls, and refreshes the dormant fixture to the current dynamics signature. The targeted test passes locally and git diff --check is clean. @pariterre, this path is working locally and is now protected against regression; CI is running on the PR.
