Unidentifiable Chinese code

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1.new a python file, eg main.py
2.input print('xxx') xxx is chinese chars
3.run current file with pymakr plugin

What happens?

print unidentifiable code on REPL with window10
print Chinese char on REPL with linux

What were you expecting to happen?

print Chinese char on any platform

What versions of software are you using?
