What is the problem?

When using Chromium processing - Stage 2 to make Chromite (grade 4), Hydrocyclone MK 01 is required, but the building is unlocked via Iron Processing - Stage 2 tech, which is not required for Chromium processing - Stage 2. You can't make Chromite (grade 4) any other way, so this tech should be a requirement

Steps to reproduce

1. Research Chromium processing - Stage 2
2. Don't research Iron Processing - Stage 2
3. You are unable to make Chromite (grade 4) due to missing Hydrocyclone building
