[Question] is it possible to add accounts to flood immunity

is it possible to add accounts to flood immunity without editing config.lua or later without restarting pvpgn server,
for example i create an account programmatically by editing pvpgn server then i add it to flood immunity, i know if i already have accounts i can add them into config.lua before starting server, but I am not sure how would i do this if my account was created later.
