SOAP API Support #8

I'm currently using the commented out code for accessing data via UltiPro's SOAP API, and I'm wondering why that is no longer in use in favor of exclusively using BI Reports.

Would it be possible to reintroduce support for the non-BI Report SOAP services? Would you consider accepting a PR that does this?
