Add Google Earth Engine data browser #213

Description

@planemad

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are several valuable geospatial datasets hosted on Google Earth Engine:

These datasets can primarily be explored within Earth Engine, but not so easily with external data sources outside GEE. Having a way to load an GEE dataset on amche-atlas will unlock using these datasets with any arbitrary external dataset for more easier exploration

Describe the solution you'd like

After clicking 'Add new datasource', there should be a 'Google Earth Engine' option as a datasource option. Clicking this should open a catalag browser of datasets in GEE with the following features:

  • Text search filter
  • Filter to datasets covering current map view. On by default
  • Filter active datasets. Off by default

Each dataset will have a toggle button that will allow adding that layer onto the map like from the existing map layer control

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
