Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

What feature are you suggesting?

Please add Pergame settings because we all need to make individual settings for each game

Why would this feature be useful?

Many game work with vulkan but some need opengl and WE Can upscale some game X2 and other x3
