The last three weeks I perfected the back-end for CRUD operations for the "User" and "Project"s collections, and used Redux to handle global state for the user and their access tokens in the front-end. I also implemented a projects dashboard that lets a user view all their projects and select a project to delete, and a project create page that lets a user create a new project. The major issues I had to work through were debugging why authentication wasn't working properly from the login page, and missusing flex-box so that the page layout was not working. For the next three weeks I want to allow a user to edit their project from the front-end. I will also complete the AJAX queries from the front-end that call the DevOps pipeline to host a project (pull the repo, build the project, deploy the project).

1. Over the past iteration, I focused on setting up the DevOps workflow for our project. This involved pulling the repository from the provided GitHub link, creating the necessary environment file using frontend-passed environment variables, and building the project. Additionally, I successfully hosted the project in a Docker container. I also deployed a rollback version of the project, which consisted of three components: frontend, backend, and an Nginx server. Furthermore, I mapped the exposed ports of the projects to random available ports on the machine.

2. One of the major challenges I encountered was mapping the frontend to the backend properly. This required careful configuration and coordination to ensure seamless communication between the two components.

3. For the upcoming iteration, my plan is to set up the Nginx reverse proxy manager and implement dynamic routing. This will further enhance the project's scalability and enable efficient handling of incoming requests based on predefined rules and configurations. I will collaborate closely with the team to plan and execute this task effectively.

This week I worked on implementing some front end changes. However I got stuck with aligning the help icons for some input boxes. These icons are important for our project as some of the inputs that we require host other peopples proijects are complicated. My goal this next sprint is to fix the bug with the help icons and then get started on some strech goals, on either our role back project or nimbase.

Worked on trying to get the user to persist upon refresh. Appears like the cookie is never getting sent so its always undefined for the user, and some other tiny bugs currently. My goal for the next sprint is to get this completed so I can finish off the redirects as well.
