Add Cloudflare AI Gateway as a provider

Description

Add support for Cloudflare AI Gateway as a new AI provider in Empryo.

Motivation

Cloudflare AI Gateway provides a unified interface to access multiple AI models through Cloudflare's infrastructure, offering additional routing, rate limiting, and analytics capabilities for AI requests.

What needs to be done

• Implement Cloudflare AI Gateway provider integration
• Add authentication handling for Cloudflare API keys
• Support available models from Cloudflare AI Gateway
• Add configuration options for endpoints and routing
• Write tests for the new provider integration
• Update documentation to include Cloudflare AI Gateway in the list of supported providers

Expected behavior

Users should be able to select and configure Cloudflare AI Gateway as a provider option in Empryo, similar to existing provider integrations.
