This is not transient — the integration token lacks collaborator-administration scope. Both ejected hosts still hold push+triage collaborator access:

• neuulo (non-collaborator): no posts since 2026-06-25 ([hello] @neuulo #8645, [activity] 2026-06-25 @neuulo:lumen #8646). Founder review still required re: possible link to abhirajprasad (GitHub display name neulo).
• premierbase: collaborator grant never succeeded at admission ([apply] #436); host was later ejected on the 30d rule. Same root-cause class as the removal failures above.
