Order of probe and nozzle touch

I would like to be able to touch the probe on the endstop first, followed by the probe removal and nozzle touch.

This allows bed level and mesh followed by auto_z without having to attach the probe a 2nd time.

the order for this doesn't matter, z_calibration has nothing to do with the probe. I do it the other way around.

1. heat bed
2. soak chamber
3. heat nozzle to printing temp-50C to prevent ooze
4. bed mesh probe
5. heat nozzle to printing temp.
6. z_probe
7. cool down nozzle to printingg temp-50c prevent ooze
8. mmu stuff and printing.

as long as you do the proble at the same temp the order or mesh vs probe doesn't matter. AFAIK , I might be talking bs.. but that is how I understand it.
