fortigate_explorer states firewall ist down, but ist getting all information, firewall is fully functioning standby in Cluster

Hi,

we've got a few fortigate clusters, but on one cluster we're seeing the Problem, that the standby device is stating down in the fortigate_explorer.
Manual testing via curl looks fine, informations are there, but in the end it the probe success is not not 1..

I don't find the problem. i diff'ed the output from both firewalls in the cluster, and the diff isn't showing great differences (besides counters etc..)

Are there more possibilities for debugging, what exactly is failing?
