Validator for 1.1 schema

Does this validator comply with the 1.1 schema as defined at
https://project-open-data.cio.gov/v1.1/schema/ ?

I'm worried because it hasn't been updated in a year.

+1 Is there another validator out there that can be used to validate 1.1?

FYI, @philipashlock got back to me on Twitter, and the existing validator actually does support 1.1 (although there's a bug they're fixing in the non-fed-1.1 mode).

This bug can probably be closed.
