[MVE] 1.6.1: TC-IDM-10.2 refusal to run

Reproduction steps

TC-IDM-10.2 side loaded script is not executing with the message "not applicable", however the gating PICS item MCORE.IDM.S is TRUE and I cannot see another reason why this script is not executing.

@KishokG you've pasted the same command as far as I can see with the only difference in the saved trace name. I have pulled this from the TH user guide section you referenced and this works for every other side loaded test case I have been running.

The issue is not in the command invoking the script. The issue is with the script itself.

There looks to be something either gating it beyond that specified in the test plan or something not comparing the PICS correctly.

It seems this is an issue with side-loading. For the test cases listed under Mandatory SDK Python Tests, when we side-load the scripts, those test cases are not available in the Custom section. I think this needs to be handled in the TH.

Since these test cases are not available in the Custom section, they are currently showing as Not Applicable during execution.

@SamCullen-Element, as a workaround, could you please replace the current script content with the latest updated version at: certification-tool/backend/test_collections/matter/sdk_tests/sdk_checkout/python_testing/scripts/sdk/TC_DeviceConformance.py instead of creating a new file under the Custom folder?

1. Also, please run the test without the -custom suffix in the command.
