[Archives&Modalities] Error context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

Purpose

When I am trying to manage large studies (>1Go) and use `orthanc studies archive "MY_SUPER_ID" id failed after 30s

Note that trying to store the same studies to a modality with the parameters "--time" seams to not working too.
