Ethereum Sepolia sendTransaction returns broadcasted hash that never appears on-chain

We are seeing Privy return broadcasted Ethereum Sepolia transactions that never appear onchain.

Example transaction id 4f928337-a4fe-4797-9688-2c2c28948695.

I did similar testing on base sepolia and solana devnet and issues didn't happen, so it seems like it's Ethereum Sepolia only.

Could someone please take a look?
