this is for mac and i love that osu is on mac now im so impressed just wanted people to know their is a problem with signing in, ive made an account online (as the register buttion on the game doesnt work yet) and it will not let me sign in ive made mutiple accounts now, im not annoied as its new and still in devolpment, but just thought i'd mention it

also when i made an account online i never got an email confirming it so im not sure if that was ment to happen or not

There's no confirmation email, you should use the game client to confirm your account.
