Material Swaps as Conditions
It would be useful in Fallout 4 to be able to use on reference or on base object Material Swaps as conditions for applying swaps. For example, if someone wishes to swap metal barrels, but only the ones that have radiation hazard paint, they cannot currently do this with Base Object Swapper unless they specify individual barrels to swap since those barrels are typically just the normal metal barrel object with an on-reference material swap applied.
Material Swaps as Swaps
Similar to the above, it would be useful to be able to apply Material Swaps using Base Object Swapper. The most common use case for this would likely be to swap artwork and paintings for random mod-added art. This can currently be achieved by simply providing different base objects with their own material swap applied, so it is not strictly needed as a new feature and would be more of a convenience feature.
