Celo Alfajores Testnet has been deprecated, needs to be removed from docs

just a quick heads-up that Celo Alfajores was deprecated on September 30th.

I noticed there are still a few references to Alfajores in your docs. Could you please update or remove those?

We’ve launched Celo Sepolia as the new testnet, and we recommend deploying there.
