docs(upstream): litepcie ecp5phy log → awaiting-upstream-feedback (discussion filed) (#25)

Update the contribution log to reflect that:
- The outreach email to florent@enjoy-digital.fr was sent 2026-05-06.
- A public scoping issue (used as fallback because GitHub Discussions
  is disabled on enjoy-digital/litepcie) was filed at
  enjoy-digital/litepcie#164 with the
  `[discussion]` prefix to signal calibration intent rather than
  bug-report intent.
- Status flips from "Scoping — blocked pending alignment" to
  "Awaiting upstream feedback".
- Next checkpoint: 2026-05-13 (one week).
