Possibly store WKT data in CSV file or GeoParquet

May be better to store the WKTs in CSV or another file format.

Probably don't want to add a dependency, so maybe GeoParquet isn't a good option.

Hardcoding the WKTs in the doc seems like a hack.

We could possibly create a script that takes the Overture Maps Foundation files and updates all the WKTs, so they don't get stale. That would be a lot easier to maintain if the WKTs were stored in a file.
