I'm very interested in your TIRTL-seq. In your Nature Methods paper, it shows that TIRTL-seq can give me both precise clonal frequency estimation and accurate TCR chain pairing. I can successfully run the example code in GitHub. But I don't find documents about the way to calculate the clonal frequency. Could you please give me some idea?
