When I use 96-plate, how to set wellset1 (default=get_well_subset(1:16,1:24))

Hello:
When i use T-SHELL method to pair TCR or BCR chains, I just used 96 plate and just used 30 random wells, How can I get my paired BCR chains with T-SHELL method? just change the wellset1 ?
