Exchange component refactoring to support RSP platform changes:

  • Review exchange component workflow design and document
  • ExchangeComponent and ExchangeRequest
  • DisclosureQueue and ModuleExchange
  • ExchangeBuffer and support for transform and query requests (dependent on completion of model-lib)
