"Previous diff block" button stops working in specific case

If the user clicks the "Next diff block" toolbar button more times than there are diff blocks, the "Previous diff block" button will no longer go to the previous diff block.

Tested with ComparePlus v3.0.0 in Notepad++ v8.9.3
