Index exceeds matrix dimensions in 2nd option of TF filtering, single-condition, 2-color, statistical analysis

Try to process GEO dataset GSE32210. For seme reason TF filtering, requiring TF 
satisfaction by condition causes the 'index exceeds matrix dimensions' error.
