Bug description

Hello, in version 2.9.19 (the latest for GLPi 10), I noticed that the plugin is interfering with the business rules that add follow-ups to the call, and the escalation history buttons also seem to be malfunctioning. When selecting a different group via the escalation menu or clicking the history shortcut, it forces a random group.

I tested an older version, 2.9.15, and these issues hardly ever occur—only the one with the rules still happens from time to time.

I believe this is the same issue you fixed in version 2.10, which is for GLPi 11.

Can you include this fix in version 10?

I tried checking the logs, but GLPi didn’t show anything.

Olá, na versão 2.9.19 (a mais recente para GLPi 10), notei que o plugin está interferindo nas regras de negócio que adicionam acompanhamentos à chamada, e os botões do histórico de escalonamento também parecem estar com mau funcionamento. Ao selecionar um grupo diferente pelo menu de escalonamento ou ao clicar no atalho do histórico, ele força um grupo aleatório.

Testei uma versão mais antiga, a 2.9.15, e esses problemas quase nunca ocorrem — apenas o problema com as regras ainda acontece de vez em quando.

Acredito que este seja o mesmo problema que você corrigiu na versão 2.10, que é para GLPi 11.

Você pode incluir essa correção na versão 10?

Tentei verificar os registros, mas o GLPi não mostrou nada.

Regarding the issue of business rules duplicating actions such as follow-ups, this only happens when the plugin is active. Without the plugin active, the rules function normally.
