Upgrade Notice and "Go Pro" link still appear after Pro version is activated

Description:
The Upgrade Notice banner and the "Go Pro" URL link continue to display in the plugin settings/admin area even after the Pro version has been successfully activated with a valid license.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and activate the Free version of the plugin
2. Install the Pro version
3. Activate the Pro license with a valid license key
4. Navigate to the plugin's settings page

Expected Behavior:
Once the Pro version is activated, the Upgrade Notice banner and "Go Pro" link should be hidden, since the user already has Pro access.

Actual Behavior:
The Upgrade Notice and "Go Pro" URL link are still visible on the settings page, even though the Pro plugin is active and the license is valid.
