Cart & Checkout Block Compatibility: Manager Settings Not Applying on Frontend (Editable Price, Coupon Field, Order Note)

Description:
The following settings under WC Donations > Settings are not working as expected:

1. Editable Cart Item Price – Checked, but cart item price remains uneditable.
2. Disable Coupon Field – Coupon field still appears at checkout.
3. Disable Order Note – Order notes field is still visible and editable.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the above settings in Manager Settings.
2. Save changes.
3. Visit cart/checkout page.

Expected Behavior:
Each setting should apply correctly on the frontend.

Actual Behavior:
All options appear to be ignored; frontend remains unchanged.
