.mkv playback

The .mkv format is not supported. Currently, by renaming from .mkv to .mp4, playback is supported. Could .mkv playback be added?

I have this issue but strangely not with all .mkv, just most of them. Seconding this, don't like necrobumping but it's still an issue apparently.
