The fga_account_relation now used for pre-filtering refers to the org path/name not the account path/name.

This issue duplicates #374.

The reported root cause was addressed by platform-mesh/platform-mesh#305, which changed account_fga_object to use the Account origin cluster ID and name instead of the Organization ID and name. The fix is already present on main.

Closing as a duplicate. If the issue still reproduces with a current Search Operator image, we can reopen it with deployment and reindexing details.
