Add initial setup or tutorial for first-time users on mod launch

Situation description:
Upon the first launch of the Plasmo Voice mod and connecting to the server, the user does not receive any prompts or guidance on how to set up the voice chat. This can cause difficulties for new users who are unfamiliar with the mod's functionality.

Proposal:
I suggest adding an initial setup process during the first launch of the mod. If the player is experienced, they can skip the initial setup.
