constantly connecting and disconecting to udp server

so i have plasmo voice installed in my server but im keep getting it trying to connect to udp server then after it connects after say a couple of words in it it disconnects and its trying to reconnect to the udp server idk whats going on with it.. if its a issue with the mod or its backend issue on my server but is anyone able to help?

heres a list of mods im playing with
all the mods 9 pack vers. 0.3.2
with these mods to manualy add
