Summary
Support connecting lines to the body or center area of an element, instead of limiting line connections to the existing fixed connection points.
Expected behavior
- Lines can connect to an element more flexibly, including the center/body area when appropriate.
- When connected elements move, the line path should update to keep a reasonable shortest or clean connection path.
We will consider implementing this as an enhancement.
