The action isn't uploading enough artifacts

The error.log of the server isn't being uploaded.
Perhaps we can also upload the database error log and any other useful log (scheduledTasks/*?!).

I just saw the script is redirecting all the PHP server output (stdout + stderr) to the same file, so the error log should be ok!
So, I'll leave this open in case it makes sense to upload the remaining logs I've mentioned.

About joining everything in the same file, I think it makes easier to understand what request raised the failure, but having the errors in an extra separated file, would be more interesting to scan with the eyes 🤔
