Gifs display as mirror not full screen

I'm using 2, p4 led matrix 32x64, to make a full screen 64x64 but the image mirrors
I've changed kmatrixwidth and height to 64, and also changed kpaneltype = smartmatrix_hub75_64row_mod32scan
What am I missing?
