Refocus Tweak Board post title styling control on automatic Hive titles

Summary

The current control exposes and , but in Anima those styles only affect headings that already use the Fancy block style. They do not help users control the Hive-inspired automatic post-title styling now available in LT themes.

Problem

• The control label suggests a post-title styling feature, but two of the three choices do not style post titles.
• The choice is the only mode that affects rendered and Nova Blocks collection titles.
• The current docs article is Hive-classic oriented and does not explain the LT/Anima toggle clearly.

Goals

• Reframe the Customizer control as a simple enable/disable toggle for automatic post-title styling.
• Keep the Hive-inspired title parser and rendered title integrations.
• Remove the low-value and options from the LT-facing UI and theme CSS.
• Draft an LT-focused documentation article derived from the Hive docs article with an Anima/LT introduction.
